Documents Required to Process Retirement or DROP Applications

MPERS requires the following documents in order to process retirement or DROP applications:

• birth certificates - for you, your current spouse, and children;
• Social Security cards - for you, your current spouse, and children;
• marriage licenses - for each of your marriages, if married more than once; and
• judgments of divorce - for each divorce, if divorced more than once
